Scuttle Submitter has changed a lot since I firstly released it

From suggestions I have added:

Way to randomize submission - You can add multiple titles, description which will be randomly choosen
You can edit my default Scuttle list and add you own Scuttles
Scuttle Submitter has a default list of around 150 scuttle sites (They all have been tested and working)
